Do you want to join a team of detail-oriented professionals as part of a growing company? Are you a strong problem-solver with a passion for learning? Do you love the idea of helping churches attract more people to their outreach events?

SermonView is a company focused on effective marketing for churches. We love solving the problems that come from learning to improve marketing results for our customers, and we love working with church leaders across the country to draw more people through their doors. SermonView has been committed to church communication for over ten years, and now we are experiencing phenomenal growth. We're looking for team members who are excited about our mission and work hard to get things done.

At SermonView, we are driven by five basic beliefs:

  1. The local church is the heartbeat of ministry, and we work to empower pastors and lay leaders to more effectively reach their communities for Christ.
  2. We can always do things better, and we continuously look for ways to get better results for our churches.
  3. The world is changing more rapidly than ever. Even if we achieved the optimal solution today, it wouldn't be as effective in the future because the world in which we operate is changing.
  4. Maximizing value for our customers means drawing the most people through the doors of a church at the lowest cost. We will not rest until we know that every penny spent by a church on evangelism marketing is achieving maximum effectiveness.
  5. We do life as a team. When one team member is overwhelmed, others step in to help. When we head into a busy season, we want to know that we are going to into battle with people we trust.

That's why we continue to develop and build on our systems for collecting and analyzing response data. We don't make decisions based on guesses, no matter how experienced we may be. Instead, we test each hypothesis to determine its validity, keeping the things that help us improve and discarding the rest.

SermonView provides evangelism marketing campaigns to churches through the United States and Canada. Direct mail is the anchor of an effective campaign, surrounded by other resources such as invite cards, posters, road signs, and banners. Our online and phone-based pre-registration platforms help improve response rates for each campaign, while collecting data that helps us improve future campaigns.

We occasionally have one or more open positions, which we invite you to apply for. If you’re selected to join our team, you’ll work with other gifted professionals passionate about creative ministry, in a performance-oriented environment. For our full-time employees we offer a generous paid leave bank and personalized benefits allowance. Our positions offer excellent opportunities for talented professionals to work in a ministry environment, serving the Kingdom of God.
