Every banner and print resource is printed after it is ordered. This process ensures you'll receive freshly printed products that have not been sitting on shelves for months. Production dates are listed at the product level and follow the chart below:
Production times start after proof is approved. Cutoff for orders is 2pm PST. Cutoff for proof approval is 11am PST. All actions submitted after cutoff count for the following day.
Our products ship from various print facilities across the United States based on product and paper type. It is best to assume 4-5 days for standard ground shipping. If you require guaranteed shipping times, please choose expedited shipping or call a team member to determine which facility would ship your product. If you choose expedited services please note that your delivery date will be determined from our next business day.

Depending on our production facility we ship with either UPS or FedEx. It is best to assume that all products will come out of our main production facility in Southern California. Here is an outline of the service guarantees from that facility:

Custom Print Products
SermonView.com is committed to your satisfaction. Refunds are available at two different levels for all of our print products.
Pre-Print: If you do not, or cannot, approve your design within the first 15 days of the order placement or before your second proof. You can request a refund and we will credit your order in full. If after your 2nd proof or your proof becomes cold for longer than 15 days we can refund your order minus the one-time personalization fee.
Post-Production: If you find any physical defect or any discrepancy from your authorized proof, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your product. If we determine that your product is defective you will receive a new identical product or a refund depending on the nature of the product and defect. Please make a request for return by placing your order number and photos of the defect in an email and submitting it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: Once an item has been approved or if no proof is required, such as "As Seen" products, your order will go directly into print and is considered "post-production" for the purposes of returns. Due to the nature of online proofing and our print-on-demand technology, we cannot offer refunds for discrepancies in color or a defect rate of less than 5% on your order.
Orders without activity for more than 30 days will be placed on hold. Orders without activity for more than 90 days will be automatically refunded minus design fees and a 30% administration fee.
