    Who is SermonView?
    SermonView is a dedicated team of Christians with a heart for helping local churches find better, and higher quality, ways to communicate visually. We believe churches need a way to tap into the visual communication that comes from relevant design without breaking their ministry budgets. Because SermonView works exclusively with churches and handles every aspect of the communication process, from design through delivery to your doorstep, you are assured the highest-quality without a high price tag.

    How does SermonView work?
    SermonView makes it easy to turn your ideas into reality. Choose a product or a design you want. Place the order over the phone or online, choosing the specific look and information you want displayed. The design will be submitted to a member of our design team who will upload a proof within 48 hours. You approve the proof or request changes. Once the proof meets your expectations we start printing. It's that easy.

    When do I see a proof?
    In order to give each customer the highest level of service we ask that you complete your order and that we receive payment before we begin the design process. This allows us to spend our time focused on genuine orders, giving you the best customer service experience. We are committed to your design and will continue to work on your custom project to your satisfaction.     Will my proof be emailed to me?
    Our proofing process is simple. Your proof will be ready for you to view within 48 hours of submitting your order, or within 2 business days. Once your proof is ready, you will receive an email notice that your proof is available to view online. Our online system allows you to view your proof, request any changes, or submit approval all in one place. You can view the progress on each stage of your print piece by logging into your account and going to “My Account”. At the bottom of the page you will see your active custom jobs.

    What can I customize?
    Almost every aspect of an image can be altered to fit the needs of your church. We can modify colors, orientation, text size, fonts, and focus in on specific areas within a design. Our team of award-winning artists will work with you to create a unique banner or print resource that will accurately reflect your church's unique ministry signature. If you feel that an image is similar to what you want, but aren't sure that it is an exact fit, then contact one of our communication specialists at (888) 336-3048 and we'll help walk through some ideas with you.

    I need something unique printed. Can you help?
    We know that each church needs unique communication resources to better showcase their personality to their community. There are many different printing options that we do not showcase on the site that are available to your church. We can print brochures, flyers, posters and any number of full-color materials. Give our team a call and we'll let you know if we can help.

    How long before I get my print products?
    After proof approval the printing process can take up to 3 business days for banners and 7 business days for press related materials. Once the item is printed shipping speed depends on your choice at checkout. If you need an order expedited through the entire process give us a call at 1-888-336-3048 so that we can better assist you.

    I want more than one of your images on a print piece. Can I get that?
    Part of the price for printing includes the licensing for one image. If you would like us to place multiple images from our artists onto your print piece then additional design fees will apply.

    I want to use my own images on a print piece. Can I do that?
    Certainly. We can create any piece you want including using some of your own images. Our first hour of customization is designed to fit most customers’ needs and only runs $19.95. Additional design work is charged at a base rate of $45/hour. Our design team is focused on giving you high-quality design options for the least possible cost. We rarely exceed the first hour and will always let you know if we need to extend our design time before we bill you.

    Can I submit my own designs to be printed?
    Absolutely. Many churches choose to use our high-quality, eco-friendly printing methods as their preferred choice for printing. To receive the best pricing on your specific job you can call a representative at (888) 336-3048 or request a quote online.

    Can I use your images for printing outside of your company?
    Most of the images on the SermonView website are available in a medium and high resolution version of the image that can be used in print. The difference is both in size and license agreement. If you are using the picture for completely non-profit purposes, and not selling the end result, then you can use the medium resolution file. That size of file should give you accurate printing quality to about 11"x17". The high resolution file is for customers who want to use the image for large print purposes or for any application where you are selling the end result.     Still Graphics and Downloads

    How do I download your graphics?
    After every graphic purchase you will have access to your download with a link that can be found: on the screen at the completion of your order, in the email from your order, and in the My Account section of the website under My Downloads. to download your graphic set follow these simple steps...

    1. Right click on the link and choose the Save As option. Select a directory that you can easily find once the file downloads.
    2. Locate the saved file and right click the file. Choose the Extract Here option (our files are zipped for easy downloading, this will unzip them and make them normal files)
    3. Your computer should automatically place the files in the same file as the zip file you are working with. Delete the zip file and your ready to go.

    When I move PowerPoint files from one slide set to another it moves the wrong image. What am I doing wrong?
    You're not doing anything wrong, but PowerPoint is a little strange in how it deals with new slides. To keep a file looking like it did in the previous file look for the clipboard image under the pasted slide. There you will find the option Keep Source Formatting. You will want to check that box to keep your format from changing. Here is another way to insert slides from one file to another in PP:

    PowerPoint 2003 or older

    • Choose the "Insert" tab at the top of the screen. Go to "Insert slides from file."
    • Browse to the appropriate PowerPoint presentation.
    • Choose the different slides you want to add to the new series.
    • Make sure to check the "Keep Source Formatting" box before inserting. This allows you to keep the backgrounds from the original presentation.

    • PowerPoint 2007 only

    • Choose the "Home" tab at the top of the screen. Go to "New Slide"
    • A drop down menu will appear, choose Reuse Slide.
    • Browse to the new slide.
    • Make sure to check the "Keep Source Formatting" box at the bottom right of the screen. This allows you to keep the backgrounds from the original presentation.

    What is a zip file and how do I open one?
    Zip files (or .zip) are compressed files for easier download. These files are automatically opened with Windows XP or newer as well as current versions of the Mac OS. If you are running an older version of Windows you can use a program called Winzip. The program offers a demo version at www.winzip.com. The demo version is all you need to open files.

    Membership

    Where can I find details about each membership level?
    Hopefully, everything you need to know about our membership program is located on our membership home page. If not, please give us a call or send us an email to let us know what information we missed.

    Where did my credits go?
    Monthly memberships are designed so that you have a certain number of credits per month from which to draw on. This system is necessary because of the way we repay our artists in royalties. The ability to stockpile credits would not be fair to the artists based on our system of payout. Your credits get re-issued on your billing day each month. To discover what day your credits will be adjusted please visit the Membership section of the My Account area on the website.

    Can I cancel online?
    If you are a current member who needs to cancel your subscription, you can do so in the My Account area of the website once you are logged-in. Because some of our membership options require a one year commitment there may be a cancellation fee required to terminate your membership early. If this fee is required you can handle everything online in the My Account section of the website.
